The annual black-tie dinner gala and awards presentation was held on February 20 in Dubuque, IA (USA). The American Advertising Awards, formerly the ADDY, is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition for creative excellence.

He was the owner and chief developer of the Mission Inn in Riverside, California. His energetic lobbying efforts resulted in bringing the Citrus Experiment Station, the interurban street car system and the Opera House to Riverside.
